Spicefruit Deviled Eggs

Amp up your picnic favorite with spicefruit. The good fats found in egg yolks are further enhanced by adding spicefruit.  The combination of fat-soluble nutrients and saturated fat boosts immunity and good HDL cholesterol and will give you added energy!

Recipe

6 Hard boiled Eggs

2 Egg Yolks

2 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 capsule GloSlim Spicefruit, capsules emptied

1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp White Vinegar

Salt, to taste

White Pepper, to taste

Cayenne (optional)

Instructions

Place the egg yolks and the mustard in a bowl of an electric mixer with whisk attachment. Begin whisking the yolk and mustard together on low speed. Slowly begin incorporating 1 capsule of Gloslim spicefruit to the yolk and mustard mixture. Once the mixture begins to thicken, add in the white vinegar and lemon juice, followed by the remaining oil.

Add in salt and white pepper to taste (and Cayenne if using). Use immediately or transfer to the refrigerator and store in an air-tight container for up to 2 days.
